-Make a Wishlist before the sale starts, that way you will already know which styles you want and they can be ready and waiting for you to quickly add to cart.

-Sign up to our newsletter, this way you will be the first to hear when the sale goes live. FYI this will be on 18th November 2021.

-While we do our best to ensure we have enough stock so that we don't sell out of anything during the sale, it has been difficult this year with delays. Unfortunately the discount only applies to in stock items at the time of the sale. We are still hopefully we should not sell out!

-The discount can not be applied to previous orders. If you have placed an order just outside of Black Friday and are within the returns period we would suggest re buying the items you want with the discount (as it is while stock is available) and contacting our customer care team to arrange the return of your unwanted order: customercare@sorujewellery.com

-We know you might use the sale to buy gifts, very wise! However due to large volumes we can not offer our gift wrapping service during this time. Please take this in to consideration to avoid disappointment.

-If you would like an extension on the returns period for gift giving then please contact us at customercare@sorujewellery.com with your order number where will extend until the 6th January 2022 for you.

-This year all New Arrivals and Soru Fine Mosaics will be excluded from the sale. You may still use an alternative discount code for these styles if you have one.

-The 30% off discount can not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, so 30% is the maximum amount of discount that can be applied.

-Please expect shipping delays during the sale. Rest assured we are working as hard as possible to ship everything out as soon as possible but our usual next day delivery just isn't possible during the sale. Please allow for 5-10 days to receive your order, while it may still arrive earlier than this we need to allow a longer dispatch period. If you have not received in this time then please contact us at customercare@sorujewellery.com. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way to you. Express shipping is unavailable
